包钢U71MnG钢轨焊接工艺参数计量分析

摘要 在钢轨焊接过程中,影响焊接质量的因素众多,其中预锻时的焊接电流、顶锻压力和顶锻位移是可直接影响焊接质量的3个重要参数。本文通过计量分析方法,对包钢U71Mn G钢轨焊接生产过程中的焊接电流、顶锻压力和顶锻位移3个重要参数建立数学模型,经过定量研究这3个重要参数间的数量关系,进而得出了参数间的相关性、协整性和因果性,认为焊接时电流对压力数据具有影响作用,电流与位移数据、位移与压力数据具有相互影响作用。计量分析方法为钢轨焊接工艺改进提供了一种重要的研究方法。 In the process of rail welding,there are many factors influencing the welding quality,among which the welding current,upsetting force and upsetting travel are 3 important parameters that can directly influence the welding quality.This paper adopted quantitative analysis method to build mathematical model for these 3 parameters whose data came from welding process of U71 MnG rails in Baotou steel factory.Through quantitative research on quantitative relations among 3 important parameters in rail welding process,the conclusion reaches that relations among welding current,upsetting force and upsetting travel are of relevancy、co-integration and causality,and it is concluded that the current has an influence on the pressure, current and displacement have interaction influence,and displacement and pressure have interaction influence.Quantitative analysis method provides an important research method to improve rail welding process.
