摘要
采用灌注小板称量、量筒法砂浆膨胀测试、渗出物取样分析等方式,研究了CA砂浆袋注法施工时渗水的速率、成分及其硬化体性能。研究结果表明:小板试验中砂浆渗水率具有尺寸效应,测试结果大于轨道板下砂浆实际渗水率;砂浆渗水动力来源于内部膨胀,小板渗水率与其依时膨胀率呈现良好的正相关性;渗出水中固体物含量较少,并随时间延长而逐渐降低,30 min后趋稳,且换算成单一原材料渗出量极小,对砂浆配合比的影响可完全忽略;现场渗出部分水后,轨道板下砂浆吸水率和电通量均远小于模具成型试样,提高了轨道板下砂浆的密实性和耐久性。
The water-seepage rate,composition of new CA mortar and the performance of hardening CA mortar with non-woven bag construction method were studied by means of small plate weight, expansion test of mortar in measuring cylinder and sample analysis of exudates.The results show that the CA mortar water-seepage rate in small plate test has the size effect,and greater than the actual water-seepage rate of CA mortar under slab.The power of seepage comes from CA mortar internal expansion,and the water-seepage rate of CA mortar under small plate shows a good positive correlation with the time-dependent expansion rate.Solid content in seepage water is less,gradually reduces over time,and tends to stability after 30 min.Exudation in seepage water is minimal when converting into a single raw material, so the influences on the mixture ratio of CA mortar can be completely ignored.After some water seepages in practical project,the water-absorption rate and the electric flux of CA mortar under slab are far less than that of the molding specimen,and compactness and durability of CA mortar under slab are improved.
