顶管法在污水厂管网施工中的应用

Application of Pipe Jacking Method in Pipeline Construction of Sewage Treatment Plant

本文以某污水厂管道铺设工程案例为对象,研究了土木工程中非开挖方式施工的顶管法在管道埋设中的应用。从设计和施工中的关键技术出发,重点阐述了管道铺设工程中的顶管井施工和顶管施工两大主体工艺,以期为顶管施工在管道工程中的应用提供更多的依据。

Taking the pipe laying project of one sewage treatment plant as the study case,This paper studies the application of pipe jacking method in pipeline construction,which is a kind of non-mining construction method in civil engineering. Based on the key technologies in design and construction,this paper specially expounds the main processes of pipe jacking well construction and pipe jacking construction,to achieve the purpose of providing more basis for the application of pipe jacking in pipe engineering.
