基于文丘里效应的排烟风机出口优化设计 被引量:3

摘要 为改善某型排烟风机性能,本文基于文丘里效应对其出口进行了优化设计。分析确定了影响文丘里出口性能的主要因素。通过正交设计对不同因素配置的方案进行了仿真实验,利用综合评分法和极差分析法确定了各因素的主次顺序,获得了最优组合,即渐缩比为0.5、渐缩角为0.96rad、位置参数b为0.6、位置参数c为0.5,喉管长径比为1.3。对最优组合进行了实验验证,结果表明:选取最优的文丘里出口设计方案,可以使排烟风机总排烟量提升35.4%,出口烟气流动不稳定性也得到了改善。证明利用文丘里效应进行风机出口优化设计的方案是有效的。 In order to improve the performance of one smoke extraction fan,the fan outlet is optimized design based on Venturi effect. The parameters affecting the performance of the Venturi outlet are determined and the simulation experiment scheme is designed by orthogonal design. The main order of each factor is determined by the comprehensive scoring method and the range analysis and the optimal scheme is obtained,that is,the contraction ratio is 0. 5,shrink angle is 0. 96 rad,positional parameter b = 0. 6 while c = 0. 5 and aspect ratio of constricted throat is 1. 3. The optimal scheme is verified experimentally and the result shows that by using the optimal ventilation design of the Venturi outlet,the total wind volume of marine smoke extraction fan can be improved by about 35. 4% and the flow instability of outlet flue gas is improved. The proposed scheme of the adaptive speed-control system that optimal design of marine smoke extraction fan outlet based on Venturi effect is effective.
