摘要
燃煤电站烟气执行超低排放标准后,对脱硝设施的运行、维护和管理等方面提出了更高的要求。通过对近期燃煤电站脱硝系统运行过程中出现的喷氨系统调整、氨逃逸测量、流场与测试仪表测点匹配、运行负荷适应性、控制系统适应性以及催化剂管理等方面问题进行了总结分析,并提出相应的应对策略,可在燃煤电站机组运行和维护过程中获取有益的参考。
After the implementation of ultra-low flue gas emission standards of coal-fired power plants,higher requirements are demanded for the operation,maintenance and management of denitration facilities. In this paper,the problems in the operation of denitrafion system are summarized and analyzed,such as the ammonia injection system adjustment,ammonia slip monitoring,the matching of flow field and the instrument measuring points,the adaptability of load,the adaptive of control system,the catalyst management and so on,and some corresponding countermeasures are proposed to provide references for operation and maintenance of coal-fired power units.
