水莲^(TM)湿式电除尘器的开发与应用

针对锅炉烟气实现超低排放的目标与要求,本文介绍了新开发的水莲TM湿式电除尘器的基本构造、关键技术及其结构。通过与同类设备的技术经济对比评估及在中小锅炉上的成功应用与工程实践,充分阐明了该项技术的先进性、稳定性和可靠性。本文客观评述了水莲TM湿式电除尘器具有技术先进、节能高效、性能稳定、性价比高等显著特点,是符合我国国情的专用设备,更是煤电行业实现超低排放有效的实用技术装备。

In order to fulfill the target of ultra-low emission of boiler flue gas,this article introduces the basic structure and newly developed key technologies of the Shui LianTMwet-ESP. By comparison with the technology and cost of similar equipment and the successful application of engineering practice in small medium-sized boilers,It＇s fully illustrated that this technology is advanced,stable and reliable. With characteristics of advanced technology,energy conservancy and efficiency,stable performance and high performance price ratio. This technology is not only the special equipment conforming to the Chinese conditions,but the practical and technical equipment to fulfill the ultra-low emission of coal-fired power plants.
