胃食管反流病相关急性非心源性胸痛治疗体会

Summarize of the treatment of GERD related non cardiac chest pain in emergency patients

目的总结胃食管反流病(GERD)相关急性非心源性胸痛(NCCP)治疗经验,提高诊疗效果。方法回顾性收集新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院,2015年1月至2016年6月急诊科收治NCCP患者的病案资料,总结GERD相关性NCCP发生率及其治疗经验。结果125例NCCP患者中GERD相关性NCCP者87例(69.6%),确诊后72例患者给予药物治疗,15例患者给予抗反流手术治疗,治疗2周后均胸痛症状好转。结论造成急性非心源性胸痛的发病原因比较复杂,GERD是引起急性非心源性胸痛的常见病因之一,GERD相关急性非心源性胸痛治疗应着重于GERD治疗,急诊医护人员应重视鉴别诊断并治疗。

Objective To summarize the clinical manifestation of emergency（ NCCP） patients,improve the diagnosis and treatment of（GERD）. Methods The clinical data of 125 patients with NCCP were collected from the Emergency Department of the people＇s Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from January 2015 to June 2016, and the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed, to sum up the incidence of NCCP related GERD and treatment. Results Analysis of 125 cases of patients with NCCP,87（69. 6%）cases of GERD,After the diagnosis,72 patients were given drug treatment, 15 patients were treated with anti reflux surgery, and all the symptoms were improved after treatment. Conclusion The causes of emergencyNCCP are complicated,and GERD is one of the common causes of emergency NCCP,which worthy of our attention and need for further diagnosis and treatment.
