随着物质生活的改善和人们生活习性的改变,胃食管反流病(gastroesophageal reflux disease,GERD)发病率呈逐年上升趋势,已经严重影响到人们的生活质量。为进一步找出其有关发病基因,从根本上治愈GERD,改善人们的生活质量,必须找出新的着手点。本文旨在对医师关于GERD的发病机制、诊断、治疗中遇到的困难以及基因测序技术在GERD诊治中所取得的进展进行综述,以期为临床医师提供依据。

With the improvement of material life and changes in people＇s living habits,the incidence of gastroesophageal reflux disease has been increasing year by year,which has seriously affected the quality of life of people. To find out more about the pathogenesis of the disease and to fundamentally cure gastroesophageal reflux disease and improve people＇s quality of life,we must find new starting points. This article is intended to provide a summary of gastroesophageal reflux disease in clinical doctors in its pathogenesis,diagnosis,treatment difficulty and gene sequencing technology in gastroesophageal reflux disease were reviewed,the outstanding advances for the diagnosis and treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease.
