摘要
随着新医疗改革的深入推广和发展,医院的管理观念与模式逐渐发生改变,医院更加注重对医疗服务质量的提升,进而提高患者对治疗效果和护理满意度。本文旨在分析双向沟通原理在门诊管理中的应用及其必要性,以为医院门诊部门提高服务质量和促进医院的可持续发展提供参考依据。
With the further promotion and development of new medical reform, the hospital management concept and mode of gradual change, the hospital pay more attention to, to the promotion of medical service quality and improve patients on treatment effect and nursing satisfaction. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the application and necessity of two-way communication principle in outpatient management, and to provide reference basis for improving service quality and promoting the sustainable development of hospital.
