见证建设学科,潜心培育英才——谢安邦教授专访 被引量:1

Pioneering Disciplinary Establishment and Talent Cultivation in Higher Education:An Interview with Professor XIE Anbang

摘要 谢安邦教授40年来教学与研究的探索与实践,几乎是伴随着高等教育学这一学科的产生、发展的全部历程。作为我国最早一批从事高等教育研究的学者,他在教师教育、比较高等教育等领域产生了具有影响力的成果,而与此同时,在实践领域,他参与推动了专业学会的创立、教材的编写及人才的培养,为高等教育学这个学科的建设与发展作出了重要的贡献。在人才培养上,他主张宽严相济(严格的学术规范,宽松的研究空间)、因材施教(个性化的学生指导)、教学相长(师生是学习共同体)的理念,培养出了一大批高等教育领域优秀的学者和管理者。此外,他还特别强调在研究生的科研训练中,注重培养学生的问题意识、严谨的治学方法及扎实的理论知识基础。 Forty years’ teaching and research experience of Professor Xie Anbang has witnessed the whole journey of establishment and development of the higher education discipline in China. As one of the pioneers in higher education research, he has not only made significant achievements in teacher education, comparative higher education, etc., but also devoted himself to the founding of professional associations, compilation of textbooks and personnel cultivation. In terms of talent cultivation, he advocated the ideas that rigorous academic norms should be followed along with free choice of research topics, students should be given individualized guidance and teaching and learning are mutually supplementary or teachers and students can be a learning community, thanks to which a large number of outstanding scholars and management talents have been produced in higher education. In addition, he made great emphasis on the training of students’ awareness on problems, scrupulous research methods as well as solid theoretical foundation in the training of scientific researches in graduate education.
