西方种族/族群社会工作多元论述与实践

Multiple theoretical discourses and practice of racial/ethnic social work in the West

近年来,中国内地开始发展民族社会工作,然而,在概念上、理论上和实践上皆缺乏细致的讨论和探究。本文从概念的澄清开始,然后介绍西方种族和族群的论述,以及西方社会工作的多元实践,希望对中国大陆建立与发展民族社会工作有所参照和借鉴。

In recent years, ethnic social work has developed fast in Chinese mainland. However, the theory, concept and practice of ethnic social work were not clearly discussed. In this paper, the author clarified some concepts first and then came to introduce the theoretical discourses of race and ethnicity and multiple practice of social work in Western societies. It is expected that these theories and practice in Western social work can be learned by the Chinese social work academics so that the dialogue between Chinese and Western scholars become possible.
