明确"立德树人"内涵定义,分析立德树人在开放大学思想政治教育中现实意义,结合开放大学特殊性与实际情况,探究实现"立德树人"目标动力机制与方法。通过对内外两方面动力因素浅析,总结出坚持"一把手"工程、健全体制机制、发挥先锋作用与示范作用、发扬文化传承、加强人文关怀、树立学习榜样等方式方法,激发全体师生参与热情,促进师风师德建设,营造良好德育环境与学习氛围。

Define the definition of ＂moral education＂ analysis the practical significance of morality education on the ideological and political education in Open Universitycombine with the particularity and actual situation of Open University, explore the dynamic mechanism and the method to realize the goal of ＂moral education＂. Through the analysis of internal and external dynamic factors, summed up the project of ＂number one＂ , improve the system mechanism,play a pioneering role and exemplary role , promote cultural heritage, strengthen humanistic care, establish role models and so on, stimulate the participation of all teachers and students , promote the teaching style and moral construction , create a good environment for moral education and learning atmosphere.
