80例妊娠晚期胎盘早剥的临床治疗分析

Analysis of Clinical Treatment of 80 Cases with Placental Abruption in the Late Pregnancy

目的分析妊娠晚期胎盘早剥的临床治疗方法。方法方便选择2005年5月—2017年5月该院诊断和治疗的80例妊娠晚期胎盘早剥孕妇为研究对象,探讨治疗方法,并对分娩方式、治疗结果进行分析。结果经过治疗,剖宫产率为61.25%,自然分娩率为38.75%。无孕妇死亡,围生期胎儿的死亡率为13.75%;新生儿的窒息率为24.63%。结论妊娠晚期胎盘早剥对母婴生命健康的影响较重,及时诊断和科学治疗可有效改善结局。

Objective To analyze the clinical treatment method of placental abruption in the late pregnancy. Methods 80 cases of delivery women with placental abruption in the late pregnancy admitted and treated in our hospital from May 2005 to May 2017 were selected, and the treatment method, delivery way, and treatment effect were analyzed and studied. Results After treatment, the cesarean section rate and natural labor rate of delivery women were respectively 61.25% and38.75%, and there was no death of delivery women, and the morbidity of fetuses during the perioperative period was 13.75%and the asphyxia rate of newborns was 24.63%. Conclusion The effect of placental abruption in the late pregnancy on the life health of mothers and infants is serious, and the timely diagnosis and scientific treatment can effectively improve the outcomes.
