舒适护理方法在高血压护理中的应用分析

Analysis of Application of Comfort Nursing Method in the Nursing of Hypertension

目的探究高血压患者护理操作中应用舒适护理的临床效果。方法方便选取该院2015年8月—2016年12月收治的高血压患者106例,并根据随机抽签的方法分为2组,对照组53例患者予以常规护理,观察组53例患者予以常规护理联合舒适护理,并对两组患者护理后临床效果、血压水平的变化与生活质量评分予以比较。结果观察组患者护理后舒张压与收缩压水平(86.85±4.62)、(129.24±7.32)mmHg,均低于对照组的(92.85±4.99)、(142.87±5.06)mmHg(P<0.05);观察组患者总有效率比对照组高(96.23%vs 77.36%)(P<0.05);观察组患者心理功能、社会功能、躯体功能、情绪生活与总生活质量评分(78.37±6.31)分、(80.08±8.25)分、(80.46±6.35)分、(78.44±8.51)分、(79.61±8.24)分,均高于对照组的(65.22±7.38)分、(69.33±8.28)分、(66.48±7.19)分、(68.35±9.09)分、(66.72±7.79)分(P<0.05)。结论高血压患者护理操作中应用舒适护理的临床效果显著,可改善血压水平,控制疾病的发展,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To study the clinical effect of comfort nursing method in the nursing of hypertension. Methods 106 cases of hypertension patients admitted and treated in our hospital from August 2015 to December 2016 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups with 53 cases in each, the control group used the routine nursing, while the observation group used the routine nursing and comfort nursing, and the clinical effect, changes of blood pressure and quality of life were compared between the two groups after nursing. Results After nursing, the diastolic pressure and systolic pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group[（86.85±4.62）,（129.24±7.32） mmHg vs（92.85±4.99）,（142.87±5.06） mmHg]（P0.05）, and the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（96.23% vs 77.36%）（P0.05）, and the mental function, social function, somatic function, emotional life and total quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group[（78.37±6.31）points,（80.08±8.25）points,（80.46±6.35）points,（78.44±8.51）points,（79.61±8.24）points vs（65.22±7.38）points,（69.33±8.28）points,（66.48±7.19）points,（68.35±9.09）points,（66.72 ±7.79）points]（P 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of comfort nursing operation in hypertension patients can improve the blood pressure level, control the development of diseases and improve the quality of life.
