秋茄种植前后沿浦湾潮间带大型底栖动物群落特征变化研究 被引量:3

Study on the Characteristics of the Macrobenthic Community in the Intertidal Zone along the Yanpu Bay before and after Kandelia candel Planting

摘要 根据沿浦湾2014年10月(秋季)、2015年3月(春季)、2016年10月(秋季)和2017年3月(春季)的潮间带大型底栖动物调查资料,采用物种多样性指数、G-F多样性指数、ABC曲线等方法分析秋茄种植前后大型底栖动物群落结构的变化。研究结果表明:种植前秋季密度与生物量的分布:低潮带(96.0与119.1)>中潮带(66.8与92.3)>高潮带(35.6与34.1),种植后高潮带(185.6与278)>中潮带(81.6与162.6)>低潮带(45.6与77.9);种植后春季密度与生物量的分布:低潮带(64.8与68.8)>高潮带(36.0与25.8)>中潮带(23.6与16.8),种植后密度中潮带(182.8)>高潮带(118.8)>低潮带(25.2),生物量高潮带(215.9)>中潮带(180.8)>低潮带(39.5);物种多样性指数和G-F多样性指数发现群落多样性总体提高;种植后较种植前秋季大型底栖动物群落受到的干扰由严重改善为中度;除中潮带大型底栖动物群落与秋季具相似的特征外,春季高潮带群落受干扰改善较明显,而低潮带群落受干扰改善并不明显。滩涂的海洋生态系统得到较好的改善,建议当地政府及其主管部门增大投入,进一步加强沿浦湾红树林建设,同时加强执法管理,严厉禁止一切严重破坏生态环境的人为开发活动。 Abstract: According to the survey data of macrobenthos in intertidal zone along Yanpu bay on October2014 (autumn), March 2015 (spring), October 2016 (autumn) and March 2017 (spring), the species diversityindex, G-F diversity index and ABC curve were used to analyze the changes of macrobenthos community before and after the planting of Kandelia candel. The results showed that the distribution of density and biomass in autumn before planting was: low tide zone(96.0 and 119.1) 〉 middle tide zone(66.8 and 92.3) 〉high tidezone (35.6 and 34.1) . After planting: high tide zone (185.6 and 278) 〉 middle tide zone (81.6 and 162.6) 〉 lowtide zone (45.6 and 77.9); Distribution of density and biomass in spring after planting: Low tide zone (64.8 and68.8) 〉 high tide zone (36.0 and 25.8) 〉 middle tide zone (23.6 and 16.8). After planting, the density of middletide zone (182.8) 〉 high tide zone (118.8) 〉 low tide zone (25.2). Biomass high tide zone (215.9) 〉 middle tidezone (180.8) 〉 low tide zone (39.5); Species diversity index and G-F diversity index showed that the community diversity was increased. The disturbance of macrobenthos community after planting was improved from serious to moderate in autumn. Except from the similar characteristics of macrobenthos community in the middletide zone and autumn, the improvement of community disturbance in the spring in high tide zone was more obvious, but the improvement of disturbance in the low tide zone community was not obvious. The marine ecosystem of the intertidal zone has been improved better. It is suggested that the local government and its competentdepartments should increase the investment to further strengthen the mangrove construction along the Yanpubay. At the same time the local government and its competent departments should strengthen the law enforcement management and strictly prohibit all man-made development activities that seriously damage the ecological environment.
