二维码识别系统在口岸强制性认证产品监管中的应用

摘要 中国强制性认证(以下简称CCC认证)作为我国认证认可体系的基础性制度,对深入贯彻"质量强国"的战略方针发挥着重要作用;是保护消费者人身健康安全、维护消费者权益的重要保障;是提升企业质量管理水平、增强产品竞争力的重要举措。本文旨在研究将二维码技术应用于强制性认证产品口岸验证环节,通过扫描、识别产品上的二维码,打通产品与证书信息、产品与历史监管信息之间的通道,以期便利口岸检验检疫部门对进口强制性认证产品开展针对性的验证核查,优化进口检验流程,提高企业通关效率。 CCC certification as a basic system of China's certification and accreditation system,plays an important role in implementing the "quality power" strategic policy thoroughly. It is a important guarantee to protect personal health and safety,safeguard the rights of consumers;It is also an important measure to improve the quality management level,to enhance product competition. The purpose of this paper is to study the application of two-dimensional code recognition technology to the entering verification of CCC products. By scanning and identifying the two-dimensional code on the product,the channel between the product and the certificate information,the product and the historical supervision information can be connected to facilitate the entering certification of CCC products by the port Inspection and Quarantine departments. It can also optimize the import inspection process,improve the efficiency of enterprise customs clearance.
