摘要
环介导等温扩增技术是由日本荣研株式会社的Notomi等人提出的新型核酸扩增方法,在等温条件(60~65℃)下可高效、快速、特异性地扩增靶序列。微流控分析是微全分析系统的核心关键技术,将具有微小可控、功能集成的微流控芯片分析技术与环介导等温核酸扩增技术相结合,发展快速、灵敏、特异和适合即时检测的生物分子分析技术,可为我国食品安全、重大传染病防控、肿瘤及遗传性疾病等快速检测及诊断提供强有力的技术保障。
Loop-mediated isothermal amplification,is a novel nucleic acid amplification method proposed by Notomi et al.(EIKEN CHEMICAL CO.,LTD.,Japan). Target sequences can be amplified efficiently,rapidly and specifically at the isothermal condition(60-65℃). Microfluidic analysis is the key technology of the miniaturized total analysis system. Integration of microfluidic chips with loop-mediated isothermal nucleic acid amplification technology would improve the analysis platform for rapid,sensitive,specific and point-of-care biomolecular detection,which might provide strong technical supports for food safety,prevention and control of major infectious diseases,quick and accurate diagnosis of tumor and hereditary diseases in our country.
