我国缺陷进口消费品召回制度完善研究

Research on Perfection of the Recall System of Defective Imported Consumer Goods in China

随着我国国家综合实力的增强、经济水平的提高以及对外贸易的发展,越来越多的进口产品出现在我国的消费市场,与此同时,进口消费品质量安全问题也日益突出,缺陷召回作为有效的消费品质量安全保障手段被广泛使用。本文在剖析发达国家及地区相关制度设计基础上对我国缺陷进口消费品召回制度的召回主体、召回类型、召回程序及技术支持等方面进行分析,并对我国缺陷进口消费品召回制度的完善提出建议。

Along with the growing of comprehensive national strength and the development of foreign trade,more and more imported products appeared in China＇s consumption market,the quality safety problem of imported consumer goods is increasingly outstanding,recall is widely used as an effective measure to protect consumer goods. This paper analyzes recall object,recall type,recall procedure,technical support and others of defects imported consumer goods of our country on the basis of analysis of related systems and designs in the developed countries and regions,and puts forward the suggestions for the improvement of recall system of defects imported products in our country.
