“一带一路”与外语战略人才培养

The Cultivation of Strategic Foreign Language Talents in the Perspective of “The Belt and Road” Initiative

自提出＂一带一路＂倡议以来,本着理解、包容、合作、共赢的精神,中国为全球治理提供了＂中国方案＂,不仅更强有力地推动了全球经济合作,也促进了全球范围的文明发展。推进＂一带一路＂倡议,除了政策、经济等层面的互联互通,也需要＂民心相通＂。对接＂一带一路＂倡议,中国的外语人才培养必须从战略的眼光和高度来创新培养机制。首先,培养外语战略人才,必须对＂一带一路＂沿线国家和地区的多种语言与文化情况有清楚的认识,并在此基础上设计培养计划。其次,外语战略人才的内涵丰富,包括了国际视野、社会责任、创新精神、跨文化沟通能力等,且＂多语种＋＂是重要的培养趋势。最后,要不断拓展培养路径,创新培养模式,使外语战略人才培养更好地服务于＂一带一路＂倡议。

Since the introduction of ＂The Belt and Road＂Initiative,in the spirit of understanding,inclusiveness,cooperation and win-win development,the Chinese government has provided a＂Chinese Plan＂in the field of global governess with the result of propelling stronger global economic cooperation and enhancing civilization in the world. In order to promote＂The Belt and Road＂Initiative,we should not only reinforce the connectivity in terms of policy and economy,we also need more communication with different peoples from all over the world. Therefore, the cultivation of foreign language talents in our country should be regarded from a strategic perspective. First,the cultivation plan should be based on the good understanding of the different languages and cultures along the Silk Road. Secondly,it is an inevitable trend that the strategic foreign language talents will be＂multilingual ＋ ＂,who possess global vision,social responsibility,innovative spirit and trans-cultural communicative ability.Thirdly,there should be more paths and more creative modes of cultivation so that the cultivation of strategic foreign language talents can better adapt to ＂The Belt and Road＂Initiative.
