摘要
随着网络信息技术的快速发展,阿拉伯世界受众的媒体接触习惯以及阿拉伯世界媒体行业的发展逻辑都发生了重大变化,传统媒体与新媒体的融合发展已是大势所趋和新一轮国家传播竞争的重点。因此,中国对阿国际传播必须积极应对这一变革,一方面从大国崛起的战略高度认识与加强对阿国际传播的重要性和紧迫性,另一方面在战术层面要做好"用户洞察"、"内容为王"和"技术创新"等工作。
With the rapid development of the network information technology,great changes have taken in Arab audiences' media habits and the development logic of media industry in the Arab world,and the integration of traditional and new medias is an irresistible trend and the priority in the new round of international communication competition. In this regard,China must actively respond to these changes on the external communication towards the Arab world. On the one hand,from the strategic height of its rise,China should recognize the significance and urgency of enhancing the external communication towards the Arab world. On the other hand,China should do well in the series of jobs at the tactical level,such as "knowing the audiences","content first","technological innovation"and so on.
