摘要
科技交流是一个国家在全球获取创新要素和科技资源,提升科技创新竞争力的重要途径.本文介绍了国外主要国家的科技交流情况,从科技资源交流、人才交流、技术转化创新平台等方面进行了梳理,并总结了国外科技创新过程中科技合作、人才交流、成果转移转化方面的经验启示.最后,结合国内相关政策对推动中国未来技术转移转化进行了思考并提出了建议。
The scientific and technological innovation exchange is an important way for a country to acquire innovation resources as well to enhance the competi-tiveness in science and technology. This article introduces the current situations of foreign scientific and technological exchange in the aspects of scientific and techno-logical resource and talent exchanges, technological transformation and innovation platforms,etc. Meanwhile,it sums up the experience of foreign scientific and tech-nological cooperation,talent exchanges,transfer and transformation of achieve-ments in the process of scientific and technological innovation at. Finally , it puts forward some suggestions for China＇s technological transfer and transformation in the future by combining the overseas experience and the relevant policies in China.
