关于民参军企业发展的对策研究——基于绵阳市游仙区32户民参军企业的调查分析

The Suggestions on the Development of the Military-Civilian Enterprises——Based on the Investigation and Analysis of 32 Military-Civilian Enterprises in Youxian District of Mianyang City

军民深度融合发展作为国家战略,既是兴国之举,又是强军之策.四川省委以“军民融合”为核心强力推进全面创新改革试验,绵阳市委作出了构建军民融合五大体系的重要部署.游仙区委把“军民融合兴区战略”确立为未来5年发展的首要战略,主动为军民融合发展探索路径、积累经验、作出示范的国家使命.游仙区推进军民融合发展,取得了阶段性成效,但也面临诸多困难.本文通过实地走访、问卷调查、座谈讨论等方式,基于对游仙区32户民参军企业基本情况的调研分析,形成军民深度融合发展视角下民参军企业发展的对策建议。

The deep development of military and civilian integration is not only a national strategy but also a policy of strong army. Sichuan Provincial Committee pushes forward the experiment of comprehensive innovation and reform taking the military and civilian integration as the core. Mianyang Municipal Committee has made important arrangements for building five systems of military and civilian inte-gration. Youxian District Committee has established the strategy of military and civilian integration as the first development strategy of the next 5 years. Youxian District has made some progress on the promotion of military and civilian integra-tion and also faces many difficulties. This paper investigates and analyses 32 mili-tary-civilian enterprises in Youxian District of Mianyang City and supplies some suggestions from the perspective of the deep development of military and civilian in-tegration.
