目的:探索一套可以为上市药品零售企业选择供应商提供借鉴的指标体系。方法:以上市药品零售企业供应商的指标为研究对象,基于文献研究法、德尔菲法和层次分析法,构建上市药品零售企业选择供应商指标体系。结果:构建了一套包括3个一级指标、10个二级指标、25个三级指标的指标体系。结论:将体系运用于实践,以某上市药品零售企业选择供应商做示范,为其挑选出最优供应商,所构建的指标体系可以为上市药品零售企业选择供应商提供参考。

Objective ： To explore a set of indicator system which can provide reference for listed pharmaceutical retail enterprises supplier selection. Methods ：The indicator suppliers of listed drug retailers was considered as the research object. Based on literature research, Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process, the indicator system of supplier selection of listed pharmaceutical companies was established. Results ：A set of index system consisting of 3 primary indicator, 10 secondary indicators and 25 tertiary indicators was constructed. Conclusion ：The system was used in practice. Taking a listed pharmaceutical retail chain enterprise′s supplier selection as demonstration, selected for its optimal supplier, which can provide reference for the listed pharmaceutical retail enterprises to select suppliers.
