摘要 目的:利用可视化的方法评价我国学者发表的关于医学专业翻转课堂的研究现状,为以后翻转课堂研究提供方向。方法:计算机检索中国知网、中国生物医学文献数据库、万方数据库,严格按照纳入与排除标准筛选出有关医学专业翻转课堂的研究,采用书目共现分析系统(BICOMS-2)分析软件对关键词、省份、作者、作者单位进行抽取和整理并生成共现矩阵,对关键词生成共现矩阵。同时,利用Net Draw分别绘制网络关系图,对关键词共现矩阵,利用gCLUTO 1.0进行聚类分析。结果:最终纳入相关研究1025篇,但在期刊、作者、省份分布方面不平衡。研究人员分为11个主要的研究团体,研究人员众多,作者之间存在一定的联系,但合作有待加强,研究主题主要有5个。结论:近几年有关医学专业翻转课堂的研究数量持续增长,研究人员较多,但院校之间有待深度合作,各省份之间的合作有待进一步加强,研究主题需进一步拓展。 Objective: To illustrate the current situation of flipped classroom study in medical education by visualization methods,so as to provide references for the Chinese researchers. Methods: We included the studies on flipped classroom in medical education in the CBM,CNKI and Wanfang databases,and extracted the related information( keyword,province,researchers and institutions) and produced matrix by BICOMS-2 software,the figure of network by Net Draw,cluster analysis by g CLUTO. Results: 1025 papers were included in the study,there were imbalances in journals,researchers and provinces. The main authors were divided into 11 main groups. There was a certain relationship between researchers, but the cooperation needed to be strengthened. There were mainly five research topics. Conclusion: In recent years,the study number of flipped classroom in medical education is on the rise,more and more researchers involve the studies on flipped classroom,but the different universities and provinces should strengthen cooperation. In the future,the research topic still needs to be expanded.
