摘要
中俄原油管道二线的主要输油站场地处高寒偏远地区,为保证输油泵驱动电动机满足输油工艺的进、出站压力自动调节要求,以漠河首站2 MW、6 kV电动机变频调速系统的工程设计为实例,通过方案比较,确定采用高高直接变频方案和单元串联多电平主拓扑结构的调速系统。给出了系统主设备中的移相式变压器、直流滤波电容器及输出交流电抗器容量的选用原则和寒冷环境下变频器散热系统的设计方案,并在设备运行速度及负载转矩控制、主电源柜与变频装置的连锁运行方式及差动/速断主保护的切换方式方面进行总结,为原油管道站场输油泵机组变频调速系统设计提供了可行方案。
The main oil delivery stations of Second China-Russia Cruel Oil Pipeline are located in alpine areas. In order to ensure that the oil delivery pump drive motor can satisfy the automatic regulating requirement of inlet and outlet pressure, taking the project design of the 2 MW/6 kV motor frequency control system in the Mohe first station as an example and through the comparison of schemes,it is determined to use the AC-AC direct conversion scheme and the speed control system of unit series multilevel topology structure, and the selection principles of the phase-shifting transformer, the DC filter capacitor and AC output capacity of the reactor in main system equipment and the design scheme of the cooling system of the frequency changer in cold environment. Aspects of the equipment speed and load torque control, the chain operation mode of the main power cabinet and the frequency converter and the switching mode of the differential/quick break main protection of are summarized, providing a feasible scheme for the frequency control system design for the oil delivery pump units in cruel oil pipeline stations.
