石油动态测量的准确度与稳定性涉及多方面的因素,其中环境因素既可能影响电子元器件的性能,也可能影响介质的温度稳定性,从而影响测量的准确度,应当采取适当的保温或遮阳措施将环境因素的不利影响降到最低。某些计量交接站库还在使用玻璃温度计与指针式压力表测量温度和压力,玻璃温度计一般为全浸式,容易受到环境温度的影响,使用温度与压力变送器可提高温度和压力测量的准确度。使用双脉冲校验功能可提高对流量计运行状态的检测水平,提高测量系统的稳定性。
The accuracy and stability of oil dynamic measurement involve factors of many aspects,among which the environmental factor may affect not only the performance of electronic components,but also the temperature stability of the medium,thus affecting the measurement accuracy. Appropriate methods for heat preservation or sun-shading should be taken to minimize the adverse effects of the environmental factor. Some metering stations also use the glass thermometer and the pointer pressure gauge measure the temperature and pressure. Some metering relay stations still use the glass thermometer and the pointer pressure gage to measure temperature and pressure. The glass thermometer is generally the total immersion thermometer and easily affected by environmental temperature. The accuracy of temperature and pressure measurement can be improved by using temperature and pressure transmitters. The use of dipulse calibration function can improve the detection level of the running state of the flow meter and the stability of the measurement system.
