CO_2驱防腐蚀药剂针对性评价研究

摘要 随着CO_2驱工业化推广应用,注采井服役环境及地质单元差异性使之呈现出多样化腐蚀现象,要在复杂环境下研究防腐药剂的使用才能有效地控制防腐成本和保障矿场安全。在前期防腐技术研究的基础上进一步细化腐蚀单元,明确不同工艺阶段、不同地质单元腐蚀主控因素。通过确定水质矿化度、细菌和CO_2含量等腐蚀主控因素,模拟高温高压环境,开展合理的药剂适用性评价研究。实验结果表明,不同的腐蚀单元主控因素有着明显的差异,针对不同的腐蚀主控因素加入有针对性的药剂,强化了多效性防腐药剂的针对性应用。不同腐蚀单元注入不同类型的防腐蚀药剂,能够更加精准地针对主控因素控制腐蚀速率,缓蚀剂与杀菌剂的配套使用可保障矿场安全平稳运行。 With the industrialized popularization and application of CO2 flooding, various corrosion phenomena are presented due to the different service environment and geological units of injection and production wells. Studying the use of anti-corrosion agents under complex environment is an effective way to reasonably and effectively control anti-corrosion cost and guarantee the station safety. On the basis of early anti-corrosion technology research,the corrosion unit is further refined to figure out corrosion main control factors in different processes and different geological units. By determining corrosion main control factors such as water salinity,bacteria and CO2 content,high temperature and high pressure environment is simulated to carry out rational medication suitability evaluation research. Experimental result shows that different corrosion unit has obvious different corrosion main control factors,and adding targeted agents according to different corrosion main control factors could strengthen the targeted application of pleietrepie corrosion inhibitors. Injecting different corrosion inhibitors in different corrosion units can control corrosion rate according to main control factors more accurately, and the combined use of corrosion inhibitors and bactericide can ensure the safe and stable operation of stations.
