新式医用垃圾分类车在产科中的应用

Application of new medical waste sorting vehicle in obstetrics

目的:探讨新式医用垃圾分类车在产科中的应用效果。方法:选取2015年1月至2015年6月本院60张床位及17名护理人员为研究对象,采用信封法随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组中采用新式医用垃圾分类车,对照组中采用传统垃圾处理方式。比较两组医疗垃圾分类和投放准确率、使用者满意度、针刺伤发生次数、护理人员所加药瓶数、弯腰次数。结果:两组各投放垃圾750次,观察组垃圾分类准确率和满意率分别为96.13%(721/750)和100.00%(8/8),均明显高于对照组的87.20%(654/750)和22.22%(2/9),组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理人员弯腰次数及针刺伤次数分别为(879.38±54.32)次和(12.08±2.43)次,均明显少于对照组的(1 580.32±98.77)次和(26.99±4.29)次;观察组加药瓶数为(9 438.38±236.31)瓶,明显多于对照组的(6 208.08±408.33)瓶,组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:新式医用垃圾分类车在产科中的应用效果优于传统垃圾处理方式。

Objective： To explore application effects of new medical waste sorting vehicle in obstetrics. Methods： From January 2015 to June 2015,60 beds and 17 nursing staffs were used the study objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the envelop method. In the observation group,the new medical waste sorting vehicle was adopted,while the conventional waste treatment method was adopted in the control group. The medical waste classification and delivery accuracy rate,user satisfaction,the number of needle-stick injuries,the number of bending and adding to the bottles of the nursing staff were compared between the two groups. Results： In the two groups,750 garbage were thrown. The waste sorting accuracy and the user satisfaction rate in the observation group were 96.13%（ 721/750） and 100.00%（ 8/8）,respectively,which were significantly higher than the 87.20%（ 654/750） and 22.22%（ 2/9） in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. The number of bending and needle-stick injuries of the nursing staff in the observation group were（ 879.38± 54.32） and（ 12.08± 2. 43）,respectively,which were significantly less than（ 1580.32±98.77） and（ 26.99±4.29） in the control group. The number of added bottles in the observation group was（ 9438.38±236.31）,which was significantly more than the（ 6208.08± 408.33） in the control group. All the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusions： The new medical waste sorting vehicle is more effective than the conventional waste treatment method.
