优质护理对小儿静脉输液穿刺成功率和家长满意度的影响

Effects of high-quality nursing intervention on children intravenous infusion puncture success rate and paternal satisfaction

目的:观察优质护理对小儿静脉输液穿刺成功率和家长满意度的影响。方法:选取120例接受静脉输液的患儿作为观察对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组各60例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予优质护理。比较两组穿刺疼痛程度、穿刺依从性、一次穿刺成功率、穿刺不良事件发生率及患儿家长护理满意度。结果:观察组Wang-Baker评分为(2.15±0.20)分,明显低于对照组的(4.13±0.24)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组静脉输液穿刺依从率及一次穿刺成功率均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组穿刺不良事件发生率为3.33%(2/60),明显低于对照组的13.33%(8/60),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组家长对护理服务态度、穿刺技术、交代注意事项和及时巡视的满意度均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理能显著提高小儿静脉输液穿刺依从性及一次穿刺成功率,降低穿刺不良事件发生率,且有利于和谐护患关系的建立。

Objective： To observe effects of high-quality nursing intervention on children intravenous infusion puncture success rate and parental satisfaction. Methods： 120 children,who received intravenous infusion,were selected as the observation objects. According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group（ n = 60） and control group（ n = 60）.The control group was given routine care,while the observation group was given high quality care on the basis of that of the control group. The puncture pain,puncture compliance,success rate of one puncture,incidence of puncture adverse events,and parental satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results： The Wang-Baker score of the observation group was（ 2.15± 0.20） points,which was significantly lower than that of the control group（ 4. 13 ± 0. 24） points,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. The intravenous infusion puncture compliance rate and the success rate of one puncture of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. The incidence of puncture adverse events in the observation group was 3.33%（ 2/60）,which was significantly lower than that in the control group（ 13.33%,8/60）,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. The satisfactions of the parents of the observation group on the nursing service attitude,puncture technique,instructions for attention,and timely inspection were obviously higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusions： High-quality nursing intervention can improve the compliance of venous infusion in children and the success rate of one puncture,and reduce the incidence of adverse puncture events. Moreover,it is conducive to the establishment of a harmonious nurse-patient relationship.
