我国医患互信本土化构建的社会机制:陌生关系熟悉化

The Social Mechanism of the Local Construction of the Doctor-Patient Mutual Trust in China: the Strange Relationship’s Familiarization

目前,随着我国医疗卫生体制改革的不断深入,医疗纠纷频发并呈恶性化,医患关系日趋紧张。医患关系紧张的直接原因是医患之间的互不信任。因此,要有效减缓或消除医患关系的紧张状态必须构建医患互信。而医患互信的成功构建必须充分利用本土资源。中国人＂托人看病＂或＂关系就医＂式的关系运作内蕴的＂陌生关系熟悉化＂这一具有中国特色的医患互信的本土化构建机制,经过适当的＂创造性改造＂之后,可以作为目前我国医患互信构建的有效的社会机制。

Nowadays,With the deepening of medical and health system reform in China,the medical disputes are rising frequently and malignantly,which provoking the doctor-patient relationship to be increasingly tense. The direct cause of the doctor-patient relationship’s tension is the doctor-patient mutual distrust. Therefore,to effectively alleviate or eliminate the doctor-patient relationship’ s tension,we must construct the doctor-patient mutual trust. However,to construct the doctor-patient mutual trust successfully,we must make full use of local resources. The Guanxi operation which is presented in "seeing a doctor by entrusting the acquaintance"or "seeing a doctor by seeking the Guanxi"in China implicates"The strange relationship’s familiarization"which is the local construction mechanism of the doctor-patient mutual trust with Chinese characteristics. "The strange relationship’ s familiarization"can be used as an effective social mechanism to construct the doctor-patient mutual trust after its basis is undergone the appropriate "creative transformation".
