TBL教学法在骨科护理带教中的应用价值 被引量:4

摘要 探讨TBL教学法在骨科护理带教中的应用价值。选取兰州大学第一医院86例骨科实习护生作为研究对象,根据不同教学方式分为观察组和对照组各43例。对照组给予传统教学方法,观察组采用TBL教学法,统计对比两组考核成绩,对比两组护生对教师的评价情况。观察组理论知识及实际操作成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组教学理念、教法学法、评语、教学效果、团结协作评分及总评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。对骨科实习护生实施TBL教学法,可提高其理论知识及实际操作考核成绩,能提升教师评价。
