退火温度对35ZW300无取向电工钢组织和性能的影响

摘要 以35ZW300无取向电工钢为研究对象,研究退火温度对一次冷轧法生产的w(Si)不超过3.50%的薄规格无取向电工钢晶粒大小、磁性能的影响。实验结果表明:在不同退火温度下,随着退火温度的升高,晶粒尺寸逐渐增大,铁损先降低后略有提高;退火温度为940℃时铁损最佳。 35ZW300 non-oriented electrical steel is taken as the research object,the effect of annealing temperature on the grain size and magnetic properties of the thin non-oriented electrical steel are studied which w( silica) content is less than 3. 5%. The results show that: at different annealing temperature,the grain size gradually increases with the increase of annealing temperature,the iron loss decreases first and then increases slightly. When annealing temperature is 940 ℃,iron loss is the best.
