摘要
从研究LF炉电极消耗的机理入手,通过采取钢包全程加盖、提高转炉放钢温度、优化通电档位、提高新钢包烘烤效果、优化渣料加入量、通电过程中控制氩气和改造电极调节器等措施,电极消耗由0.37 kg/t降至0.29 kg/t,吨钢电耗降低5.36 kW·h/t,取得了较好效果。
The mechanism of consumption of graphite electrode in LF furnace is introduced. With measures like: ladle under full capping,increasing discharge temperature of converter,optimizing the energinzing stalls,improving the baking effect of new ladle,optimizing slag charge amount,controlling blowing argon during energinzing,electrode regulator retrofit,the consumption of electrode is reduced from 0. 37 to 0. 29 kg per ton of steel,electricity consumption is reduced by 5. 36 kW·h,good effect are abtained.
