高炉矿焦放料速度分段控制的开发与应用

摘要 新钢9号、10号高炉采用时间法布料时,存在布焦时间不稳定和容易受人为因素影响的现象,造成布料时间不稳定,各布料档位的焦炭负荷波动大。对此,优化和完善了该布料控制系统,根据焦炭和矿石种类进行分段控制后,实现了精准控制高炉布料矩阵的各档负荷,改善了高炉炉内煤气流的分布,达到了节焦增产的目的。 When the material is distributed according to the time method for No. 9 and No. 10 blast furnace in Xinyu Steel,coke distribution time is not stable and easily influenced by artificial factors which cause distribution time unstable,big coke load fluctuations appears at different distribution stalls. The material control system are optimized and improved. After subsection control are implemented according to the coke and ore types,the precise control of blast furnace material matrix at various load is realized,the blast furnace gas flow distribution is improved,the purpose to save coke and increase yeild are chieved.
