The talents of philosophy and social sciences are major producers of mental products, the leading force of theoretical innovation and the important researchers and propagandists of policy and guiding principles. They are also the important strength of Hefei to build “Great Lakes City and Innovation High Ground”. In order to better adapt and promote the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, Hefei should strengthen the leadership of the party, increase coordinated investment, perfect mechanism, improve personnel quality and create a good environment to promote the healthy development of the talents in philosophy and social sciences comprehensively and pertinently.
