邵作舟,安徽绩溪人,晚清著名思想家,代表作为《邵氏危言》。该书撰写于中法战争之后,书成时间有三说:1887年、1888年、1889年,揆诸史料,当在1889年春季完成。是书出版时间,旧说都认为是1898年;实际上应在1899年1月12日至2月9日间。

Born in Jixi of Anhui, Shao Zuozhou was a famous thinker in the late Qing dynasty. Shao ShiWei Yan （The Alarming Talk of Shao） is his representative work. This book was written after the Si-no-France war, respectively claimed in 1887, 1888 and 1889. Based on the analysis of historical da-ta, the paper claims that the book was completed in the spring of 1889. It was said that this book wasfirst published in 1898. According to this study, the exact date of its publication was decided betweenJan. 12 and Feb. 9 of 1899.
