摘要
对我国高校交叉学科项目团队的领导行为模式进行了分类,对项目团队的领导行为过程和行为基础进行分析。指出了对项目团队领导行为模式评价的理论基础和数学模型,并进行了定量评价,从而得出了对项目团队领导行为模式评价的原则和维度,同时,阐述了定量评价在项目团队领导行为模式评价中的利弊。
This paper classifies the leadership behavior pattern of the cross discipline project team inChina, analyzes the process and foundation of the leadership behavior of the project team. On this ba-sis, it points out the theoretical basis and mathematical model of the evaluation of the pattern of theproject team leadership behavior. The principles and dimensions of team leadership behavior patternevaluation are discussed, and the advantages and disadvantages of quantitative evaluation in the evalu-ation of leadership behavior pattern of project team are expounded.
