方氏头针联合Rood技术对早期中风偏瘫患者神经功能缺损的影响

Effect of Fang's scalp acupuncture combined with Rood technique on neurological defects of early stroke hemiplegia

目的探讨方氏头针结合Rood技术对早期中风偏瘫的神经功能缺损的影响。方法将64例早期中风偏瘫患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,各32例。治疗2个疗程后,比较两组治疗前、后ADL和NIHSS量表评分及临床疗效。结果治疗后,治疗组ADL及NIHSS评分均优于治疗前,且优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论方氏头针结合Rood技术能够提高早期中风偏瘫患者的日常生活能力,减少神经功能缺损,提高临床疗效。

Objective To investigate the effect of Fang＇s scalp acupuncture combined with Rood technique on the neurological deficits of early stroke hemiplegia.Methods A total of 64 patients with early stroke hemiplegia were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 32 cases in each group. After 2 courses of treatment, ADL and NIHSS scale scores before and after treatment and clinical efficacy in both groups were compared.Results After treatment, the ADL and NIHSS scores of the treatment group were better than those before treatment and the control group（P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The combined use of Fang＇s scalp acupuncture and Rood technique can improve the ability of daily living in patients with early stroke hemiplegia, reduce neurological deficits and increase clinical efficiency.
