西地那非联合一氧化氮吸入治疗新生儿肺动脉高压的疗效 被引量:4

摘要 目的探究西地那非联合一氧化氮(NO)吸入治疗新生儿肺动脉高压的疗效。方法选取我院收治的肺动脉高压患儿96例,随机分为研究组与对照组,各48例。对照组给予西地那非,研究组在此基础上吸入NO。比较两组临床疗效、血气指标及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组患儿治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿PaO_2显著升高,PaCO_2和PAP均显著降低,且研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患儿不良反应总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论西地那非联合NO吸入治疗新生儿肺动脉高压疗效确切,可有效改善患儿血气指标,安全性高。 Objective To explore the efficacy of sildenafil combined with nitric oxide inhalation in the treatment of neonatal pulmonary hypertension.Methods A total of 96 children with pulmonary hypertension admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 48 cases in each group. The control group was given sildenafil, while the study group was given nitric oxide inhalation on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy,blood gas parameters and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P〈0.05). After treatment, PaO2 of both groups increased significantly, PaCO2 and PAP decreased significantly, and those of the study group were superior to the control group(P〈0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion Sildenafil combined with nitric oxide inhalation in the treatment of neonatal pulmonary hypertension is effective, which can improve the blood gas indexes effectively, with high safety.sildenafil; nitric oxide(NO); neonatal pulmonary hypertension
