复方血栓通胶囊治疗眼底病的疗效及对血管生成素-2及超敏C反应蛋白的影响

Effect of compound Xueshuantong capsule in the treatment of ocular fundus disease and its effect on Ang-2 and hs-CRP

目的探讨复方血栓通胶囊在眼底病中的应用价值,并分析其对患者血清中血管生成素-2(Ang-2)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平的影响。方法选择2016年1月至2016年12月我院收治的160例(160眼)眼底病患者,随机分成研究组与对照组,各80例。对照组实施复方丹参片治疗,研究组运用复方血栓通胶囊治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后血清Ang-2、hs-CRP水平。结果研究组患者的治疗总有效率为90.0%,明显高于对照组的78.8%(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组视力≥0.5的比例明显高于对照组,视力≤0.1的比例明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者血清Ang-2、hs-CRP水平明显低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复方血栓通胶囊用于眼底病治疗的应用价值较高,可有效改善患者的视力水平,降低患者血清Ang-2、hs-CRP等致炎因子水平,值得应用。

Objective To investigate the application value of compound Xueshuantong capsule in patients with ocular fundus disease, and to analyze its effect on Angiopoietin-2（Ang-2） and high sensitivity C-reactive protein（hs-CRP） levels.Methods A total of 160 cases patients（160 eyes） with ocular fundus disease from January 2016 to December 2016 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group, with 80 cases in each group. The control group received compound Danshen tablet treatment, the study group received compound Xueshuantong capsule treatment.The clinical curative effects, levels of serum Ang-2, hs-CRP before and after treatment of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 90.0%, which was significantly higher than 78.8% of the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the proportion of visual acuity≥0.5 in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the proportion of visual acuity≤0.1 was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, serum Ang-2 and hs-CRP levels in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and those in the study group were lower than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Compound Xueshuantong capsule in the treatment of ocular fundus disease has high application value, which can effectively improve the visual acuity of patients, reduce the level of serum Ang-2, hs-CRP and other inflammatory factors, which is worthy of application.
