头孢呋辛联合阿奇霉素治疗慢性鼻窦炎的临床疗效及对血清IL-5、IL-12水平的影响

Clinical effect of cefuroxime combined with azithromycin on chronic sinusitis and its effects on serum IL-5 and IL-12 levels

目的探讨头孢呋辛联合阿奇霉素治疗慢性鼻窦炎的临床疗效及对血清IL-5、IL-12水平的影响。方法将我院收治的104例慢性鼻窦炎患者随机分为观察组与对照组,各52例。对照组予以头孢呋辛治疗,观察组予以头孢呋辛联合阿奇霉素治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组流涕时间、鼻塞时间、头痛时间、咳嗽时间、嗅觉减退时间、睡眠打鼾时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组鼻内镜评分、鼻窦CT评分、VAS评分、血清IL-5、IL-6、IL-8、IL-12水平均显著降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论头孢呋辛联合阿奇霉素治疗可有效减轻慢性鼻窦炎患者的临床症状,改善炎症状态,临床疗效显著,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of cefuroxime combined with azithromycin in the treatment of chronic sinusitis and its effects on serum IL-5 and IL-12 levels.Methods A total of 104 patients with chronic sinusitis treated in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group（n=52） and control group（n=52）. The control group was treated with cefuroxime, while the observation group was treated with cefuroxime combined with azythromycin. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. The flow time, nasal congestion time, headache time, cough time, hyposmia time and sleep snoring time in the observation group were all significantly shorter than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.After treatment, the nasal endoscopic scores, sinus CT scores, VAS scores, serum IL-5, IL-6, IL-8 and IL-12 levels significantly decreased in the two groups, and those of the observation group were lower than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Cefuroxime combined with azithromycin can effectively reduce the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic sinusitis and improve the inflammatory state. The clinical effect is significant, and it＇s worthy of promoting and application.
