流动儿童计划免疫接种状况、影响因素及应对策略

Mobile children plan immunization vaccination status, influencing factors and coping strategies

目的分析流动儿童计划免疫接种情况影响因素及应对策略。方法选取我中心2016年1月至2016年12月收治的280名流动儿童作为研究对象,所有流动儿童居住时间均在3个月以上。通过调查问卷对计划免疫接种现状予以调查,对免疫接种影响因素予以分析,并在此基础上制定相应策略。结果影响儿童计划免疫接种的因素主要包括:来自市内其他区县、未登记户口、非独生子女、父母收入低于城市最低收入标准、父母职业不固定。结论应当加强宣传、提升医疗服务水平以及做好流动人口管理,确保计划免疫接种有效落实。

Objective To analyze the influencing factors and coping strategies of immunization vaccination plans for mobile children.Methods A total of 280 mobile children admitted in our center during January 2016 to December 2016 were selected as the research objects. All the mobile children lived for more than 3 months. Questionnaires were used to investigate the status of planned immunizations vaccination. The influencing factors of immunization vaccination were analyzed, and the corresponding strategies were formulated on this basis.Results There were many factors affected children＇s planned immunization vaccination such as： from other districts and counties in the city, unregistered accounts,non-only children, parents whose income were lower than the city＇s minimum income standard, parents＇ occupation were not fixed.Conclusion We should strengthen publicity, improve the level of medical services, and do a good job in the management of floating population, to ensure that planned immunization vaccination is effectively implemented.
