廊坊市体检人群血脂水平分析及其与尿酸异常率的相关性研究

Analysis on the blood lipids level of physical examination in Langfang and the correlation between blood lipids level and abnormal rate of uric acid

目的分析河北省廊坊市中心医院体检人群血脂水平及其与尿酸异常率的相关性。方法选择2016年4月至2017年5月在中国石油天然气集团公司中心医院体检中心接受体检的2 000例体检者作为研究对象。分析尿酸和血脂的相关性并比较各组血脂异常的检出率。结果尿酸水平和TC、TG、LDL-C均呈现正相关,和HDL-C呈负相关;正常尿酸组与高尿酸组的TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C阳性率差异显著(P<0.05)。结论血脂水平和尿酸异常率有着直接关联性,血脂和尿酸均属于心脑血管疾病的高发因素,合理饮食和定期体检是预防疾病的有效措施,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the correlation between blood lipids level and abnormal rate of uric acid in physical examination of central hospital in Langfang, Hebei province.Methods From April 2016 to May 2017, 2 000 patients who received physical examination were selected as the objects in physical examination department of CNPC central hospital. The correlation between uric acid and blood lipid was analyzed, the detection rate of dyslipidemia were recorded and compared between the two groups.Results There was positive correlation between the level of uric acid and TC, TG, LDL-C, there were a negative correlation between uric acid and HDL-C. There was significant difference in the positive rate of TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C between the normal uric acid group and the high uric acid group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion There is direct correlation between blood lipid level and abnormal rate of uric acid. The blood lipids and uric acid are the high risk factors of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Reasonable diet and regular physical examination are the effective measures to prevent diseases. It is worth promoting.
