补阳还五汤联合针灸推拿对脑梗死后遗症的疗效

Curative effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with acupuncture and massage on sequelae of cerebral infarction

目的探讨补阳还五汤联合针灸推拿对脑梗死后遗症的效果。方法将我院70例脑梗死后遗症患者随机分为观察组与对照组,各35例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在此基础上给予补阳还五汤联合针灸推拿。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率、疗效分布情况显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的NIHSS、BI评分、全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、红细胞聚集指数均改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者的安全性比较,无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论补阳还五汤联合针灸推拿可显著提高脑梗死后遗症临床疗效,改善预后,安全性高。

Objective To explore the effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with acupuncture and massage on sequelae of cerebral infarction.Methods Seventy patients with sequelae of cerebral infarction in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 35 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment, while the observation group received Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with acupuncture and massage on the basis of conventional treatment. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate and distribution of efficacy of the observation group were better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the NIHSS, BI scores, the high and low shear blood viscosity and erythrocyte aggregation index improved in both groups, and those in the observation group were superior to the control group（P〈0.05）.There was no statistically significant difference in the safety between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with acupuncture and massage can significantly improve the clinical effect of sequela of cerebral infarction, and improve prognosis, with high safety.
