橘皮竹茹汤加味联合甲钴胺对糖尿病胃轻瘫患者的疗效及对生活质量的影响

Effect of modified Jupi Zhuru decoction combined with mecobalamin in patient with diabetic gastroparesis and its influence on quality of life

目的探讨对糖尿病胃轻瘫患者采用橘皮竹茹汤加味联合甲钴胺的疗效,并分析对其生活质量的影响。方法将我院收治的140例糖尿病胃轻瘫患者随机分为联合组与参照组,各70例。参照组给予常规治疗,联合组另给予橘皮竹茹汤加味与甲钴胺联合治疗。比较两组综合疗效、生活质量及不良反应情况。结果联合组综合疗效分布及治疗总有效率均优于参照组,差异显著(P<0.05);治疗后,两组生理职能、躯体症状、心理职能和社会职能评分均升高,且联合组高于参照组(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应总发生率比较,差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论对糖尿病胃轻瘫患者联用橘皮竹茹汤加味与甲钴胺治疗效果显著,且能够显著改善患者生活质量,且不会明显增加不良反应。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of modified Jupi Zhuru decoction combined with mecobalamin in patients with diabetic gastroparesis and its influence on quality of life.Methods A total of 140 patients with diabetic gastroparesis in our hospital were randomly divided into combination group and reference group, with 70 cases in each group.The reference group was given modified conventional treatment, while the combination group was given modified Jupi Zhuru decoction combined with mecobalamin for treatment. The comprehensive efficacy, quality of life and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The comprehensive efficacy distribution and total effective rate of treatment in the combination group were better than those in the reference group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the scores of physiological function,physical symptom, psychological function and social function of both groups increased, and those of the combination group was higher than the reference group（P〈0.05）. The total incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was not significantly different（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Modified Jupi Zhuru decoction combined with mecobalamin in patients with diabetic gastroparesis has significant effect, which can significantly improve the quality of life, without more adverse reactions.
