专项护理质量控制小组对持续改进护理质量的效果评价

Evaluation of the effect of special nursing quality control group on continuous improvement of nursing quality

目的探讨成立专项护理质量控制小组对持续改进护理质量的效果。方法在全院成立护理文件书写、基础护理、消毒隔离、病区管理、教学及三基培训、重点部门质控6个质量控制小组。各专项护理质量控制小组按照护理部-总护士长-护士长三级质量管理体系开展护理质量控制活动,统计成立各项护理质量控制小组前、后护理工作各项指标的达标情况。结果与2013和2014年比较,2015年度的护理文件书写、基础护理、消毒隔离、病区管理等护理工作的合格率以及患者满意度均明显提升(P<0.05)。结论成立专项护理质量控制小组可以持续改进护理质量,并有助于提高患者对护理人员的满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of setting up a special nursing quality control group on continuous improvement of nursing quality.Methods Six quality control groups of nursing document writing, basic nursing, disinfection and isolation, ward management, teaching and skill training and the key departments of quality control were established.The special nursing quality control group took nursing quality control activities according to the three levels quality management system of nursing department-chief nurse-head nurse. The compliance status of various indicators for the nursing work before and after the establishment of each quality control group were counted.Results The qualified rates of nursing document writing, basic nursing, disinfection and isolation and ward management, patients＇ satisfaction significantly improved in 2015 compared with those in 2013 and 2014（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The establishment of special nursing quality control group can continue to improve the quality of nursing and patients＇ satisfaction for nurses.
