导师负责制结合PBL教学模式在普通外科住院医师规范化培训中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 目的探索导师负责制结合PBL教学模式在普通外科住院医师规范化培训中的作用。方法选择2016年9月至2017年9月在西安交通大学第一附属医院普通外科规范化培训的住院医师38人,随机分为研究组与对照组,每组19人。研究组采用导师负责制结合PBL教学模式,对照组采用PBL教学模式,未安排导师负责。比较两组理论成绩、临床思维思辨和临床技能考核成绩。结果研究组理论、临床思辨及临床技能成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论导师负责制结合PBL教学是普通外科住院医师规范化培训中很好的一个方法,可进一步提升规范化培训的质量,值得广泛推广。 Objective To explore the effect of the combination of tutor-responsible system with PBL teaching method in standardization training of residents of general surgery department.Methods Thirty-eight residents attending the standardization training program in general surgery department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University from September 2016 to September 2017 were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group, with 19 cases in each group. The study group used the combined administration of tutor-responsible system and PBL teaching method, the control group used the PBL teaching method without tutors responsible for them. The theoretical achievement,clinical thinking, and clinical skill assessment were compared between the two groups.Results The theory, clinical thinking and clinical skills assessment of the study group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion The combination of tutor-responsible system and PBL teaching method in standardization training of residents is an effective teaching mode, can further improve the quality of standardization training and worth spreading.
