"欧洲化"是检视中东欧国家政党政治转型的一个重要理论视角。通过分析"欧洲化"的理论基础及对概念进行辨析得出,"欧洲化"既是一体化理论的时空延伸,也是一种认识欧盟与成员国之间的概念分析工具。无论是理论上,还是实践中,"欧洲化"对政党政治的影响已经越来越引起欧盟和成员国的重视。中东欧国家政党政治的转型和发展的实践证明,"欧洲化"将会日益将国内政治与欧盟政治进行双向对接,并且改写甚至重塑欧盟及成员国未来的政党政治图景。

Europeanization provides an important theoretical perspective for the political transformation of central and Eastern European countries. Through the analysis of the theoretical basis and the concept of Europeanization,Europeanization is not only a space-time extension of the theory of integration,but also a tool for understanding the conceptual analysis between the EU and the member states. Whether in theory or in practice,the influence of Europeanization on party politics has attracted more and more attention from European Union and member states. The practice of the transformation and development of party politics in Central and Eastern European countries proves that the Europeanization will increasingly link domestic politics to the EU politics,and rewrite and even reshape the political prospects for the EU and its member states.
