吴茱萸包热敷对阿奇霉素致胃肠道反应的影响

目的探讨吴茱萸包热敷在防治静脉输注阿奇霉素所致胃肠道反应中的效果。方法选择2016年2月至12月静脉输注阿奇霉素患者82例，按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各41例，对照组采用常规护理措施（心理护理，加强巡视及不良反应处理），观察组在常规护理基础上加用吴茱萸包热敷神阙、天枢、气海、中脘，疗程为5d，保证两组患者静脉输注阿奇霉素的浓度和速度相同，比较两组患者胃肠道反应发生率和反应程度。结果观察组胃肠道反应发生率和反应程度均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论吴莱萸包热敷能有效防治静脉输注阿奇霉素所致的胃肠道反应。

Objective To investigate the interventional effect of Evodia bag hot compress on prevention and treatment of gastrointestinal reaction caused by intravenous infusion of azithromycin. Methods From February 2016 to December 2016, 82 patients with intravenous infusion of azithromycin in Department of respiration were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 41 cases in each.The control group received routine nursing care （psychological care, intensive visits and treatment of adverse reactions） , the experimental group were treated with hot compress bag of Evodia on Shenque, Tianshu, Zhongwan, Qihai, 5 days for a course, with the basis of routine nursing.Two groups of patients were given the same concentration and speed of intravenous infusion of azithromycin, and the gastrointestinal reaction rate and the degree of reaction were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence and reaction rate of gastrointestinal reactions in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion Hot compress with Evodia bag is effective to prevent and cure the gastrointestinal reaction caused by intravenous infusion of azithromycin.
