摘要
港珠澳大桥沉管最终接头是沉管隧道贯通的关键结构,为了确保施工作业安全和施工质量,创新地选择了整体主动止水结构最终接头,具有快速、可逆、无潜水作业的施工特点。最终接头本体结构由外包钢壳和内部高流动性混凝土组成,为国内首创钢壳三明治复合结构,是世界沉管隧道建设史上全新的施工工法,将水下施工转变为工厂预制和管内施工,是一种有效提升质量和工效的方案。文章对最终接头本体结构施工工艺及质量控制进行了简要介绍。
The final joint of the immersed tube of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Link Project is the key structure of the immersed tube tunnel.In order to ensure the safety of construction operations and construction quality,the innovative joint of the ultimate active water-stopping structure is innovatively selected,with construction features of being fast,reversible,and free of diving operations.The final joint body structure is composed of an outer steel shell and an inner high-flow concrete.It is the first"steel shell sandwich"composite structure in China and is a brand-new construction method in the history of the world's immersed tunnel construction.It transforms underwater construction into factory prefabrication and tubes which can effectively improve quality and work efficiency.This papaer briefly introduces the construction technology and quality control of the final joint body structure.
